body ownership study

What? This is a behavioural experiment about how we perceive our own body. We use robot arms to touch your hand and one rubber hand lightly, and it is totally safe. Your task is to report how you feel about the rubber hand. This experiment will last approximately 1 hour in total.

Who? To participate in our experiment, you must meet the following criteria:
• In good health. You are not taking any medicine.
• Between 18 and 40 years old
• No history of neurological or psychiatric illness
• No medications for such conditions
• Have not taken part in similar experiments
• Have a personal number or a coordination number
• Not employed by Karolinska Institutet. But KI students are OK.
And you need a bank account to get paid.

Compensation? For your participation in the study, you will receive 200 SEK (taxable) or a cinema ticket.
