Do you know this smell? - An odour labelling study

In this study, we ask you to smell different odors. You will be asked to provide subjective ratings and make decisions based on what you smell. We will also ask you to answer a couple of questions about demographics information and dietary preferences. All of this will occur in our testing lab, where you can complete the tasks on a computer. Odors will be presented directly into your nostrils. During the study session, we do not want you to feel hungry or extremely full. Thus, we ask you to refrain from eating or drinking anything other than water for at least one hour before your participation in the study.

The study will take place at Karolinska Institutet (Campus Solna), Department of Clinical Neuroscience, Division of Psychology. Enter at Blombäcks väg 23 and take the stairs one floor up. Go through the glass door and ring the bell marked "Perception lab". Nearest bus stop is Karolinska sjukhuset Eugeniavägen.

If you already participated in any part of our previous study "What do you smell? An odour perception study", you are not eligible to participate in this one.
To be eligible, you must:
• be between 18 and 45 years old
• not have a psychiatric disorder
• have normal or corrected-to-normal vision
• have a normal sense of smell (and not a congested nose)
• have a personal number/coordination number
• fluent in English
• not smoke/use snus
• not be pregnant
