Vi söker försöksdeltagare till en studie om rumslig navigering baserad på doft och ljud!

Den här studien använder datorspel för att undersöka minnet. Vi undersöker hur hjärnan “kommer ihåg” olika platser med dofter eller ljud.

Du kommer till oss vid två tillfällen. Vid första tillfället kommer vi att testa din hörsel och ditt luktsinne. Vid andra tillfället kommer du att gå runt i en virtuell datormiljö och leta efter dofter eller ljud som du ska memorera platserna för. Sen ska du försöka att hitta dem igen.

OBS! Som ersättning får du ett skattepliktigt presentkort med värde 100 SEK för första tillfället. Efter du slutför de andra tillfället får du ytterligare presentkort med värde 300 SEK.

Du kan delta om du:
• Är mellan 18 – 40 år
• Pratar svenska eller engelska flytande
• Har normal eller korrigerad-till-normal syn (t. ex. glasögon/linser)
• Normal hörsel och normalt luktsinne
• Har inga psykiatriska eller neurologiska diagnoser
• Röker ej
• Inte har deltagit i våra tidigare studier om rumslig navigering och luktsinnet



OBS! Det kan förekomma att testledaren är engelskspråkig.

We are looking for participants for a study about spatial navigation using smells and sounds!

This study uses computer game to investigate memory using different senses. We are studying how the brain “remembers” different locations using smells and sounds.

If you participate, you will join us for two sessions. At the first session, we will check your hearing and sense of smell. At the second session, you will start by exploring a virtual space, where you will memorize the locations of smells and sounds. Then, you will try to place these smells and sounds in the right locations.

OBS! For the first session, you will receive a taxable gift card valued at 100 SEK. After completing the second session, you will receive an additional 300 SEK in gift cards.

You can participate if you fulfill these criteria:
• 18-40 years old
• Speak Swedish or English fluently
• Normal or corrected-to-normal vision (e.g. glasses or contacts)
• Normal hearing and a normal sense of smell
• No psychiatric or neurological diagnoses
• Non-smoker
• You've not previously participated in any of our studies on spatial navigation using smells
